Delete Your NoteShuttle Account

You can delete your account any time — from the app (Settings > Account Security > Delete Account) or right here on the web. For your safety, web deletion requires verifying the phone number with a one-time SMS code. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period: log back in within 30 days to cancel it; after that, your private data is permanently purged.

Smartboard / college board accounts: board accounts are provisioned by the college, not through this form. A board user can delete local board data in the app at any time (Smartboard Settings > Delete local board data), and can ask their college administrator to delete the board account and its cloud backups. The institution's super administrator can delete a board and its backups from the NoteShuttle admin dashboard. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for how board data is handled.

Enter the phone number (+91) linked to your NoteShuttle account and tap Send code.
Enter the 6-digit code we texted you.
Optionally tell us why you are leaving, then tap Confirm & request deletion. You will be logged out of all devices.
